Sorry for my bad english.

Your problem quite similar to this user. It’s out of my knowledge to pin point the exact root cause of such an issue. But, I would suggest you try the following:
1. Reboot your phone.
2. Update your firmware to the latest version.
3. Clear data for the Settings app.

Hi, I just brought me a brand new Xiaomi Redmi, my question is that how do you (Forget Network) that is no longer with me for example I travel to places and uses other wifi, once I’m no longer at that place, I no longer have access to wifi connection but my phone still has the (wifi name) stored inside. So how do I delete it? It is not like other android phone that I had before.
Ethan says
On my Xiaomi(s), they won’t show the Wi-Fi networks when their signal is no longer detected. It seems like yours behave quite a bit different. Anyway, can you tap the right arrow button next to the Wi-Fi network, and then scroll to the bottom to see the Forget network option ?

Hi,
My redmi wifi was connected to my home router and working great for about 2 months but now it is not picking up my home router’s wifi signals at all. I cannot see the list of saved wifi connections so that I can disconnect and reconnect.
Would you be able to assist?
The redmi was bought in Taiwan.
Many thanks!
Ethan says
so sorry Cooc, I’ve no idea why your Redmi behaves in such a manner. Kindly seek advice in MIUI forum. Furnish them as much details as possible.

Hi , I am using a mi note in singapore. it doesnt seems to be able to connect to some of the wifi. its stuck at the authentication while connecting on some, and for certain others, it just not able to detect any signal. not sure if i am missing something out or its a problem with the phone.
Ethan says
As far as I know Note hasn’t been released in Singapore yet. Anyway, I’ve yet to have similar experience for both of my Mi3 and Redmi. But, I did find quite a few threads in Chinese Xiaomi forum complaining about Note’s WIFI issue. Sorry I can’t help much. Maybe you can try the MIUI forum or Xiaomi live chat support.

Hi,
I’m in uk and just bought the prepaid sim with unlimited data plan. Please guide me through the setting configuration for uk network. The telco staff is not familiar with Redmi phone.
Thanks.
Ethan says
I definitely do not have a UK operator SIM to test on my side. Anyway, the network configuration should be auto as long as the SIM card support GSM/WCDMA, presuming you’re having a Singapore Redmi. Since you mentioned the SIM with unlimited data plan, you should have that slot in your Redmi slot 1 and NOT Slot 2
