Hi, I setup my exchange account accordingly but it keep on asking for security update, which required storage encryption then. Anyone know how to get rid of it?
I tried encrypt, but it hang on booting up after encrypt which only showing “MI” logo, end up to a factory reset then.
Appreciate your help…
Ethan says
Ip, it’s better you seek advice in MIUI forum. Frankly, I’ve no idea on this problem and do not have an exchange account that needs storage encryption to test.

im trying to setup a corporate email acc but it keep failing..
the message says “Couldnt open connection to server”.
I dont know whats wrong.. been trying many different setting..
Ethan says
You might not like this but I still think there’s something wrong with your settings. Ensure your server name, port and security type information are correct. Another way to isolate is by downloading a 3rd party email app such as K9 and try setting up your company email acct there.
