Never be late for work again. Learn how to set your Xiaomi phone alarm clock to wake you up on time.
i. Settings a new alarm
- On your phone, find and launch the Clock app.
- Tap Alarm.
- Tap Add alarm.
- On the Set alarm screen, you can customize the following fields:
- Tap Repeat to set the days when you want the alarm to sound.
- Tap Ringtone to change the alarm sound.
- Toggle the Vibration switch on/off.
- Tap Set label to enter an alarm label.
- Adjust the time by scrolling up and down.
- When you finish customizing the fields, tap OK.
ii. Snoozing an alarm when it sounds
- Tap Snooze for x min on the screen.
- Or press the Volume button (or even the Power button) to snooze. For this option to work, you need to set it the Settings. Go to the Clock app > Alarm > Menu button > Settings > Volume buttons, then select Snooze.
iii. Turning off an alarm when it sounds
- Slide right on the screen to turn off.
Note: You can also set for how long the alarm will sound before silence itself automatically. Go to the Clock app > Alarm > Menu button > Settings > Auto-silence and select the option you want.
iv. Turning on or off an alarm
- On your phone, find and launch the Clock app.
- Tap Alarm.
- Drag the slider next to the alarm to the on or off position.
v. Deleting an alarm
- On your phone, find and launch the Clock app.
- Tap Alarm.
- Long tap the alarm you want to delete, then hit Delete alarm

vi. Adjusting the volume of alarm sound
- On your phone, find and launch the Clock app.
- Tap Alarm.
- Tap the Menu button.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Alarm volume.
- Adjust the volume to the level of your choice.
vii. Setting alarms to sound when the phone is in silent mode
- On your phone, find and launch the Clock app.
- Tap Alarm.
- Tap the Menu button.
- Tap Settings.
- Slide the Alarm in silent switch to the right.
