About phone is the first item in Settings on my Redmi Note 4

I was looking for the About phone option on my Redmi Note 4. I couldn’t find it for a while. Then, I scrolled to the very top for the search box and saw it as the first option in the Settings.
I have used quite a few android phones. This is the first one having the ‘About phone’ option at the very top. Just felt a bit weird having that option at the peak. Anyone has a similar problem?
