Charging info not showing on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra?

If you don’t have the Always on Display turned on, you must turn on the ‘Show charging information’ option in Settings > Display to show the estimated time for how long until the battery is fully charged. [See attached screenshot]

If you’re using the Always on Display (AOD), and set it to show only after a tap on the screen or at a certain duration, you’ll still need to have the option turned on. That’s because this option enables the show of charging information when AOD isn’t active.

If you’re using the AOD, and set it to show all the time, then you don’t need to turn on the ‘Show charging information’ option.

Hi, how about if the show charging information was turned on, and the AOD set to tap to show or turn off but the charging info still no appear whenever I charge the phone? it used to have the charging info but recently I realized that the info was no show up and I did not change any setting.
