Does the stock messaging app on S8+ have the pop up window?

The pop up that I mean here, is the pop up windows showing the contents of new messages that appear in the center of the screen. Samsung used to offer that in their old models. Is it still available on Galaxy S8/S8+?

No such pop up notification windows on my S8. The stock messaging app only offers top of the screen banner message preview and notification.

    I don’t see any option to enable the mentioned pop-up notifications. It only offers heads up notifications (at top of the screen) and lock screen notifications.
