Does the ZenFone 2 pre-installed Browser app have the Pull-To-Refresh feature?

I like the stock Browser app on my ASUS ZenFone 2. I also like the Chrome Pull-To-Refresh feature. Is it possible enable Pull-To-Refresh in the stock Browser?

You can enable the Pull-To-Refresh feature in the Browser following the steps below:

1. Open the Browser app.
2. Tap the Menu button (in upper-right corner) > Settings > Advanced
3. Check the box next to Swipe down to refresh.
