Honor 8: How to turn off wallpaper updates?

You stop auto downloading of wallpapers for the magazine screen lock with the following steps:

1. From your device’s Settings, tap Screen lock & password > Magazine unlock.
2. Turn off ‘Auto-update via Wi-Fi’

Does not work, no optioin is given to turn of auto uppdate via WiFi
