The Mi Band 7 comes with a 180mAh battery. It's said that the battery can last 14 days for light usage.

I got around 9/10 days without tracking any workouts, and automatic heart monitoring turned off.

But, I did have the high-accuracy sleep monitoring and sleep breathing quality monitoring turned on.
