How to add flashlight shortcut on my S8+ lock screen?

There are two shortcuts on my S8+ lock screen. I would like to change one to flashlight. But, I can’t find the it from the given list of apps.

Open the quick setting panel from the top of the screen. And you’ll get the flashlight button. Why do you still need an app shortcut for this function?

    You can also launch flashlight from the quick tool edge panel.

      "Why do you still need an app shortcut for this function?"
      First, they may not have been aware of that. Second, it takes an extra step. Third, there's no reason that it shouldn't be doable, especially considering all the bloat Samsung takes the time to put on their devices.
