Your phone comes with the "Replace swipe single tap" option buried in the Accessibility menu. But, to turn on this option, you'll need to enable the Assistant menu that floats on display. Some might find it a bit distracting.

If you're okay with trying it, follow the steps below.

1. In Settings, go to Accessibility > Interaction and dexterity > Assistant menu and turn this option on.
2. Then turn on the Replace swipe with single tap option.
3. After that, you can just tap to answer/reject calls and stop alarms. Unfortunately, the Assistant menu will have to be on the screen. (You can set the size to the smallest and increase the transparency)
