How to change the default location on the ZenFone 2 lock screen clock widget?

My ZenFone 2 comes with a Clock/Weather widget on the lock screen. How can I change the default location shown on this widget?

1. Open the Weather app.
2. Tap the Menu button > Settings > Select current location manually.
3. Tap + Add new city to add a new city.
4. Select the radio button next to the city that you want to show on your lock screen weather widget, and then tap Done.
