How to disable Wallpaper slideshow on my lock screen?

The wallpaper carousell should be disabled automatically when you change a new theme.

You can also disable the wallpaper carousel by following the steps below:
1. From your device’s Settings, tap Wallpaper > Wallpaper carousel.
3. Here, you can uncheck the Offline (wallpaper) and tap Apply.

If you’re very sure you won’t be using it anymore, you can uninstall it.

1. From your device’s Settings, tap Installed apps > All tab.
2. Scroll down to Wallpaper Carousel.
3. Tap Uninstall.

I uninstalled Wallpaper Carousel but still my lock screen wallpaper keeps changing.
Please help.

@Komal try reboot your phone. If that doesn’t help, you can go to device’s Settings > Wallpaper > Change (under Lock screen) to set a still wallpaper manually.

How to change the blur on lock screen wallpapers

I got automatic wallpaper on my lock screen after update to Android 6.0.1.
On my alcatel onetouch it is called Wallpaper pictorial and drives my crazy.
Luckily I found where to switch it Off.
– in weather app setting there was placed option for lock screen ?
– I also removed all installed updates of the weather app to remove advertisements and come back to the old version which I liked.

Lock screen of course has a different way to turn on and off. Press the power button on the side to wake up– don’t use your fingerprint, pretend like you’re going to use your pin.

When you’re on the lock screen, swipe up from the bottom. You’ll see two rows of icons. The top left one looks like a pause button. That is the lock screen rotation. Press pause and it turns into a play button. That means your lock screen magazine is now paused and whatever you set as your lock screen will stay. For those who love the magazine, and it’s stopped, you might have paused it by accident. Check to see if your button looks like a play button..
The x with the circle around it will delete the current lock screen image from the folder. (The folder is in the gallery called magazine unlock if you want to add or remove photos from it. I deleted all the food ones :). I think it may get updates, too, but not sure yet.
