How to get text message and whatsapp notification on mi band 4?

Mi Band 4 is my first mi band 4 and still has much to learn about it. How do I send message and whatsapp notifications to my band for text. I’m using the Samsung Galaxy S9.

To send message and Whatsapp notifications to your Mi Band, you'll have to turn on the following options in the Mi Fit app.

1. For text messages, go to the Mi Fit app > Profile > Mi Smart Band 4 > More > Incoming SMS and turn on the Incoming SMS alerts option.

2. For WhatsApp messages, go to the Mi Fit app > Profile > Mi Smart Band 4 > App alerts, and turn on the App alerts option. Then, tap Manage apps and make sure you've the WhatsApp option selected here.
