This feature isn’t available in Xiaomi phone. YOu can put all the apps that you don’t like into a folder or use a third party theme such as Nova that allows you to hide app icons.

Yes there is hidden app feature in redmi phone.
Go to setting and then go to app lock and see right corner setting option, tap on it and u will find the hidden apps.
