How to set up sleep monitoring in Mi Band 3?

Nothing to set. By default, Mi Band 3 will monitor sleeping pattern.

Nothing to set. Just wear it while you’re sleeping. And check your sleep data in the Mi Fit app the next day.

Im working in nightshift so does it monitor my sleep ? I always sleep in the morning & wake up in the evening..

My Mi Band 3 doesn’t monitor my sleep and also there’s no information about pulse in the Mi Fit app, though I’ve checked it for a few times and all. What’s wrong?

@Jiju very likely sleep monitoring won't work for you. Because as far as I know it can't monitor afternoon naps as per the info. from the Mi Band developer.

But, since you're actually sleeping in the afternoon all the time, you might want to share with us the results of your real life tests of whether is your Mi Band able to track any of your afternoon sleeps.

@Adithya Yes, you need to wear your Mi Band to bed in order for it to track your sleeps.

How to fix this? I used to sleep at 12:00 actually and wake up at 8:30. It took me 40 mins to edit this sleep analysis. It cant be save. It said that “wake up time should be ealier than current time”. Help me
