Reset mi account password without email and mobile number

If your Mi account is still sign-in to your Xiaomi phone, you can go to the device’s Settings > Mi account > Account security to find your phone number or email address that’s linked your Mi account. I’m sorry that I don’t know how one can recover/reset the mi account password without this information. Maybe you can try calling the xiaomi helpdesk.

I bought a secondhand Xiaomi redmi note4 at the mall and days after i bought it, The phone asking me to update. After i update it i restart the phone and when its open up its asking me the password of the previous owner which is impossible for me to know. Please help me.
