Where are the MIUI Developer/Beta ROMs?

I’ve stopped using Xiaomi phones for quite awhile. Now, I’m back, but I can’t find the Developer ROMs from the official MIUI download site anymore. Where are the Developer or Beta ROMs?

Xiaomi has stopped offering global version of Developer or Beta ROMs to the public starting July 1, 2019 See this link for more information: http://c.mi.com/thread-2231945-1-0.html However, in China, there are still Closed Beta, Beta, and Closed Stable ROMs. You’ll need to apply and qualify (one of the ways is being active in the Chinese Xiaomi forum to earn points) to get into these groups in order to get the ROMs.
