Why is Edge Panels disabled on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra?

The edge panel option is grayed out, and I can’t turn on the option.

You probably have the easy mode turned on. If yes, try turning the easy mode (in the Display settings) off to have the edge panel option enabled.
