When you turn off the Auto sync data feature, you’ll see the “Sync turned off” status on all the accounts that you have signed in on your phone.

Following the steps below to turn on the Auto sync data,

1. From your phone’s Settings, tap Accounts.
2. Tap the Menu button (in upper right corner).
3. Check the box next to Auto sync data.

Alternatively, you can open the notification panel from the top of the screen, and tap the Sync toggle to turn on Auto sync data.
